BIGJOHN has taken the twisted yarn "SUPER ZERO" - a patented technology developed by Asano Twisted Yarn, and adopted it for clothing for the first time. This special thread, commonly used for towels, gives denim unprecedented comfort and functionality.  

"SUPER ZERO" was born by entwining water-soluble yarns with high strands in the opposite direction from conventional spinning yarns, and then dissolving water-soluble yarns. This process creates a bulge 1.5 times that of normal yarn, and achieves a soft and light texture by including air inside the yarn. In addition, it has excellent water absorption and quick drying properties. This provides a smooth feel and overwhelming wearing comfort that is different from any other denim you know.

"SUPER ZERO" was born at the Fukushima factory where Asano twisted yarn overcame the earthquake and established a new home.

Modern and sophisticated slim tapered silhouette. The style is a slim tapered silhouette with moderate room. The thigh part is slightly slender but easy to move, and the shape naturally tapers to the hem, giving a tailored finish. This silhouette is perfect for all occasions, casual or smart. Finished with a onewash, eliminating any further shrinkage.
